Original US One Sheet
The first of Leone & Eastwood’s “man with no name” trilogy. Even though the film came out in Italy in 1964, it was first released in the US in 1967. The beginning of possibly the most famous Spaghetti Western trilogy of all time, A Fistful of Dollars introduced us to Clint Eastwood’s iconic character “The Man With No Name” and kickstarted a sprawling tale of greed, power, and violence set against the vistas of the dry and arid Mexican desert. Also the start of Eastwood’s motion picture journey, A Fistful of Dollars proved that he was destined for the silver screen, catapulting him into international stardom and what would become a decades-long career of acting and directing. Seen in this original release one sheet is Fred Otnes’s stunning artwork of “The Man With No Name” and a thrilling and bold backdrop of the characters he encounters throughout the film.
